..found out that my best friend's partner is Cheating

Olivia decided to hang out with her colleagues from work one friday evening and then getting to the bar, she saw her best friend's fiance right in the same bar with another lady in a lovey dovey position(at this point the guy in question didn't see her). She was shock but still decided not to jump into conclusion. 

At this point one of her colleagues had gone to use the rest room and then on her way back to their spot, Olivia saw her exchanging pleasantries with the lady in question. When she got back to the table, Olivia decided to stylishly get some information from her.

Olivia: Watsup Oma.. how far, what took you so long?

Oma: Ooh...i decided to say hey to my classmate back in secondary school.

Olivia: Oo okay the lady I saw u with ... she's pretty and I like her outfit. 

Oma: Yh her name is Grace...she is actually into fashion and all

Olivia: Wow.... Nice! I guess that's her boyfriend?

Olivia: That's cool

With this, Olivia has actually gotten what she needed which is confirmation but she still has another problem which is.. She was actually contemplating on if she should tell her best friend or not, which actually brings me to the main point of discussion for today.

If you happen to be in the same situation with Olivia, What are you going to do?  I mean, you found out that your best friend's partner is cheating, is it okay to tell him or her? I know it's a very hard one, but you know sometimes it's wise to tell them but sometimes telling them might not really go down well.

So tell me, Is there wisdom in telling him or her or would you rather mind your business?
