How can we deal with Sibling Rilvary?
Due to recent happenings in our world today, it actually got me thinking about so many things and one of my thoughts is this very interesting topic I have decided to share with you my dear readers.
Hey beautiful people... welcome back once again to my small corner.. hope y'all are doing great this weekend?

Siblings rivalry, that’s what we are talking about today. In my family I’m the first out of five children, four girls and a boy. As the first child, my younger ones can be a handful at times, sometimes we argue, we quarrel, and a few times they take my stuffs but in all of this, I still love them so much to a fault.
Now my thought and question is how do siblings ever get to that level where they cannot communicate anymore, Where the love is no longer there? Brothers going to native doctors to get charms to hypnotize their brother or sister, there is exchange of powers and competition here and there all in the name of acquiring land and properties.
When does it get to the point where you have crossed the line, when the competition is way too much and no longer healthy for everyone?
It scares me a lot when I see situations like this and it has been a very hard question that I keep asking myself , so today I decided to share it you fam.

Sibling rivalry is as old as time... relating to Cain and Abel. Not trying to be biblical in anyway but all is based on understanding. I'm the last born of the family, haven't had any squabble with my siblings that will get to rivalry. But one thing I can say about Sibling rivalry is that "only jealousy and envy can make it reach that level ".

DeleteI really don’t know why siblings would want to go to the native doctor for their sibling. In my house, my father made sure he put it down for us that as siblings, we come first before them and it will always be us against the world. Even if we fight and argue, we don’t go to the extent of hurting each other intentionally. I think most times parents play a role in creating a bond between siblings.
ReplyDeleteMmmmhh..... you have a point there... parents sure do have a great role to play in order to avoid all of this. Thank you so much for stopping by love๐❤
